Improvements: This property retains its raw state with passable dirt roads and trails through out. A primitive camp site has been established in northwest corner along the edge of one of the open areas on the property. The power line easements along the eastern edge of the property make for easy access inside the fence from the northern edge of the property to the southern fence line. One hunting blind and feeder are located in the center of the property and will convey to the new owner. The eastern property line along Hwy 55 has a low fence running along it and the southern property line shares a high fence with the adjoining ranch. Terrain: As you move back into the property, it slopes gently up to the northwest corner for a 50 +/- foot elevation change. The western half of the property is thickly covered in trees and brush but can be walked, following the natural openings and game trails. Wildlife: White tail deer, Axis, and Aoudad have been seen on the property. While walking the property, a buck and doe were startled and ran off. The buck was photographed and is included in the listing pictures. Location: Rocksprings is 16 miles down Hwy 55 from the main gate. Sonora is 40 miles north down Hwy 55 and Hwy 377 and about a 40-minute drive. Junction is an hour away and a little over 60 miles. San Antonio is 2 Hours and 15 minutes away down Hwy 41 and IH 10. About 145 miles. Austin is 189 miles away and a little over a 3-hour drive. Del Rio is 90 miles away, about a 1.5-hour drive.
